- Spot Treatments (Damage & Workings): Minimum charge $260, includes up to 10L of liquid termiticide. Additional chemical $75 per 10L. Localised treatments only — does not eliminate entire colonies.
- Foaming & Dusting Treatments: Treatments start at $760. A follow-up visit is required within 14–28 days. Additional visits or charges may apply if further treatments are needed.
- Termite Baiting Program: Fixed fee $2,000 payable upfront. Includes fortnightly visits for 8–12 weeks. For eradication only — does not provide long-term protection.
- Power Pole Treatments: $350 per pole. No warranties or guarantees. Protection is limited to the claims on the liquid termiticide label and the Preschem Polesaver Rods label.
- Treatment Performance: Our liquid insecticides are APVMA-approved and work through delayed toxicity, making them safe for use around homes when applied by licensed technicians. Most are non-repellent, meaning termites and other insects cannot detect them, allowing transfer from one insect to another. Increased activity after treatment is normal as termites are affected. The time it takes for termites to expire varies depending on species and colony size.
- No Warranty: Termite treatments do not carry a warranty. Effectiveness depends on access, colony behaviour, and infestation severity. Follow-up treatments may be required.

If a treated area is damaged or a bait station is removed, please contact us immediately so we can reapply or reset the treatment safely.
7. Will a termite treatment protect my home in the long term?
