He took the time to explain exactly what was happening, where the mice were likely coming from, and what steps he was taking to fix the problem. What really stood out was how thorough he was. He didn't just do the job—he went above and beyond. He checked every nook and cranny, noted all potential entry points (and how to cost effectively patch some), and gave us practical advice for preventing future issues. You could tell he really cared about getting the best outcome for us. He was also very respectful regarding our concern for our pet cats eating the bait (or the mice that had eaten the bait) and took every necessary measure to assure us of their safety. Prices include GST. One discount applies per visit, so the winter offer can’t be combined with our bundle, Seniors, Pensioner or ADF discounts.
Rats and mice typically die within 2–4 days of consuming the bait. Rats can be wary of new objects and may avoid stations for 5–7 days at first, so allow up to two weeks for activity to settle. Your 1-month warranty covers a return visit if activity continues.
All baits are secured inside lockable, tamper-resistant stations placed out of reach of children and pets, strictly in accordance with APVMA product labels. No rodenticide is completely “pet safe”, which is why professional placement matters — we’ll walk you through placements before we leave.
