Termite Treatments: Our termite treatments are designed for eradication of active infestations only. They do not provide long-term home protection. Treatment choice will be determined by a licensed technician based on home construction, access, termite species, and infestation severity.
Direct Injection (Ground & Arboreal Nests): Minimum charge $250, includes up to 10L of liquid termiticide. Additional chemical $75 per 10L.
Spot Treatments (Damage & Workings): Minimum charge $250, includes up to 10L of liquid termiticide. Additional chemical $75 per 10L. Localised treatments only — does not eliminate entire colonies.
Foaming & Dusting Treatments: Treatments start at $750. A follow-up visit is required within 14–28 days. Additional visits or charges may apply if further treatments are needed.
Termite Baiting Program: Fixed fee $2,000 payable upfront. Includes fortnightly visits for 8–12 weeks. For eradication only — does not provide long-term protection.
Power Pole Treatments: $350 per pole. No warranties or guarantees. Protection limited to the claims on the liquid termiticide label and Preschem Polesaver Rods label.
Chemical Termite Barriers: Eligible Termidor® HE chemical termite barriers are backed by the $2 Million Termidor Assurance Warranty and $200K QBCC Home Warranty Insurance, where applicable. Please refer to the Termidor and QBCC Home Warranty terms and conditions for full details.
Treatment Performance: Our liquid insecticides are APVMA-approved and work through delayed toxicity, making them safe for use around homes when applied by licensed technicians. Most are non-repellent, meaning termites and other insects cannot detect them, allowing transfer from one insect to another. Increased activity after treatment is normal as termites are affected. The time it takes for termites to expire varies depending on species and colony size.
Discounts: A 10% discount is available for Seniors, Pensioners, and Defence members (serving and retired). Only one discount applies per service/visit.
Payments: Full payment is required on the day of service. Cash, EFTPOS, and card payments are accepted.

Yes. Our treatments use APVMA-approved products applied by licensed technicians and are safe when directions are followed. It’s important that people and pets stay away from treated areas until they are completely dry. Do not disturb treated areas, bait stations, or soil applications. If a treated area is damaged or a bait station is removed, please contact us immediately so we can reapply or reset the treatment safely.
7. Will a termite treatment protect my home in the long term?
No. Treatments eradicate current infestations but do not provide ongoing protection. For long-term defence, we recommend installing a Termidor® HE chemical barrier, which includes an 8-year protection period and a $2 million warranty.
