Yes. Our general pest control comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the service date. If covered pests return within this period, we will return at no extra cost, subject to our warranty terms.

What to expect after treatment

• External sprays are typically fully effective for 3 to 6 months.

• Internal sprays are typically effective for 6 to 12 months.

• Please allow 7 to 14 days for results to stabilise. A short-term increase in activity is normal.

• Ant programs can take up to 4 weeks to settle.

• Any re-applications must comply with product labels and legal limits within a 12-month period.

Exclusions and related services

• End-of-lease treatments have no warranty.

• Visual termite inspections (AS 3660.2:2017) have no warranty.

• Termidor HE chemical termite barriers are covered separately by the $2 million Termidor Assurance Warranty and, where applicable, QBCC Home Warranty Insurance.

We recommend clearing away clutter, vacuuming floors, covering food and utensils, and making sure children and pets are kept out of treatment areas. Your technician will give you clear instructions if anything else is needed.

Re-entry time is usually between two and four hours depending on the treatment used. Your technician will let you know the exact timeframe before starting the service.
