Yes, we provide warranties on our regular pest control treatments. For example, our general pest control service has a three-month warranty for external treatments and a six-month warranty for internal treatments against crawling insects. The warranty only applies to treated areas, and certain conditions apply, which our technician will explain to you.

Our treatments are designed to last 3 to 4 months under normal conditions. However, external treatments may deteriorate more quickly due to weather and UV exposure. For optimal protection, we recommend regular pest control treatments every six months, although this may vary based on the type of pest and environmental conditions.

We recommend that you clear any items away from the skirting boards, vacuum and clean floors, and cover or store any food items. Pets and children should be kept away from the areas to be treated, and any specific preparation instructions will be provided during the booking process.

The re-entry time depends on the type of treatment applied. Generally, we advise staying out of treated areas for 2 to 4 hours to allow the products to dry and the space to ventilate properly. Our technician will provide you with specific instructions based on the treatment used.

After a treatment, you may notice an initial increase in pest activity as the insecticides work to knock down existing pests. Once the treatment has dried, it transitions to a residual effect, continuing to kill crawling insects as they come into contact with treated surfaces over time. This residual effect is slower-acting than an immediate knockdown treatment. It may take several weeks to fully control the pest population, particularly in cases like ant treatments, where the goal is to eliminate the entire colony. Environmental factors, such as bad weather soon after application, can also impact the effectiveness of the treatment. If pests persist beyond the expected time frame, please contact us so we can assess the situation. If it falls within the warranty period and meets the necessary conditions, we will provide a follow-up treatment at no additional cost.
