Our treatments are applied by licensed professionals using approved products. While the products are strong against pests, we apply them in a way that is safe for your family and pets. Your technician will let you know exactly when it’s safe to re-enter treated areas.
It’s normal to see some increased pest activity in the first week or two after treatment as pests are driven out of hiding. This settles as the treatment takes effect. If pests return within your warranty period, we’ll return and re-treat at no extra cost.
Yes. Our general pest control comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the service date. If covered pests return within this period, we will return at no extra cost, subject to our warranty terms.
What to expect after treatment
External sprays are typically fully effective for 3 to 6 months.
Internal sprays are typically effective for 6 to 12 months.
Please allow 7 to 14 days for results to stabilise. A short-term increase in activity is normal.
Ant programs can take up to 4 weeks to settle.
Any re-applications must comply with product labels and legal limits within a 12-month period.
Exclusions and related services
End-of-lease treatments have no warranty.
Visual termite inspections (AS 3660.2:2017) have no warranty.
Termidor HE chemical termite barriers are covered separately by the $2 million Termidor Assurance Warranty and, where applicable, QBCC Home Warranty Insurance.

A general service includes a thorough inspection and targeted treatments inside and outside your property. We treat skirting boards, kitchens, bathrooms, garages, roof voids, and external walls to create a protective barrier that keeps pests out.
We recommend clearing away clutter, vacuuming floors, covering food and utensils, and making sure children and pets are kept out of treatment areas. Your technician will give you clear instructions if anything else is needed.
Re-entry time is usually between two and four hours depending on the treatment used. Your technician will let you know the exact timeframe before starting the service.
For most homes, we recommend treatment every six months to break pest breeding cycles and keep your home protected throughout the year. Some situations may need more frequent treatments — your technician can advise the best schedule for you.
Yes, we offer 10% off pest control services for Seniors, Pensioners, and Defence members as our way of giving back to the community.
